ALIVE
A Puerto Rico Retreat

April 29 - May 3, 2027
Casa Grande Mountain Retreat | Utuado, Puerto Rico

Come to your senses.

There comes a point when you realize you don't necessarily need to escape your life.

You just want to feel more alive inside of it.

To wake up your senses. Move your body. Get your feet on the Earth. Swim in wild water. Eat beautiful food. Laugh until your stomach hurts. Rest when you're tired. Try something new. Sit around a fire. Look up at the stars.

To remember how good it feels to be fully here.

Welcome to ALIVE.

Five days and four nights tucked into the mountains of Puerto Rico, created around nature, movement, ritual, rest, adventure, connection... and plenty of space to simply follow yourself.

This isn't about becoming a different version of you.

It's about awakening the parts of you that may have gotten a little too quiet.

Come to your senses.

Wake up to wonder.

Leave feeling more ALIVE

RESERVE YOUR SPACE

WELCOME TO CASA GRANDE

Hidden within the lush mountains of Utuado, Casa Grande Mountain Retreat isn't simply where ALIVE takes place.

The land is part of the experience.

For five days, we'll have this beautiful mountain retreat to ourselves.

Twenty guest rooms are woven throughout the property, along with a mountain-facing saltwater pool, private balconies and hammocks, two hiking trails, El Templo—Casa Grande's dedicated indoor yoga space—and Cacao Corral, an outdoor gathering space made for movement, ritual, cacao and evenings around the fire.

Follow the trails farther and you'll find Casa del Río, the river and waterfall, while the Ceiba trail invites exploration in another direction.

And everywhere around us...

The rainforest.

The river.

The mountains.

And after dark, the tiny coquí frogs begin to sing.

Their unmistakable chorus becomes the soundtrack of the rainforest at night... and somehow, beneath the hum of the ceiling fan and the song of the coquí, sleep here just hits differently.

Deep. Restful. Surrounded by life.

This place has a rhythm of its own.

And for four nights, we're going to let ourselves fall into it.

COME TO YOUR SENSES

Taste rich Puerto Rican coffee in the morning.

Hear the coquí singing outside your room at night.

Feel cool river water against your skin.

Move your body to music.

Breathe in the scent of rain, flowers, earth, cacao and fire.

Watch the mist move through the mountains.

And one unforgettable night, watch the water itself glow beneath you.

ALIVE is an invitation to notice more. Because maybe feeling more alive isn't about doing more. Maybe it's about experiencing more of what's already happening around you.

WHAT AWAITS YOU

During our time together, we'll weave guided experiences with generous stretches of completely unscheduled time.

Our retreat experience is thoughtfully curated to include offerings such as:

Cacao Ceremony led by one of Casa Grande's local facilitators
A ceremonial flower bath in the river, guided by a local practitioner
Yoga + meditation
A signature ALIVE workshop
A fire ceremony beneath the Puerto Rican night sky
Swimming in the river and waterfall
Exploring the Ceiba Trail and the lush property surrounding us
Optional massage appointments with Casa Grande's therapists
Pool time, hammocks, naps, wandering... and absolutely nothing at all

And then we'll leave the mountains for one big adventure...

✦ ✦ ✦

LA PARGUERA

We'll spend Saturday heading toward Puerto Rico's southwestern coast for a day of beach, exploration and play.

And after the sun goes down, the adventure continues with one of Puerto Rico's most extraordinary natural wonders:

The bioluminescent waters of La Parguera.

After a big day of adventure, we'll return to Casa Grande knowing there's an entire slow Sunday ahead of us to rest, receive and integrate before gathering for our closing ceremony.

Specific activities, facilitators and scheduling are subject to change as the final retreat experience is curated.

✦ ✦ ✦

ROOM TO BREATHE

There will be beautiful things to do.

There will also be absolutely nothing you have to do.

This matters.

ALIVE isn't designed to program you from sunrise until bedtime.

Some afternoons you may choose a massage.

Or the river.

Or the pool.

Or a walk.

Or three glorious hours in your hammock.

You won't be "missing the retreat."

That is the retreat, too.

✦ ✦ ✦

YOU'LL BE BEAUTIFULLY FED

Throughout our stay, Casa Grande will provide:

Breakfast
Lunch
Dinner
Two snacks each day

We'll share nourishing meals together, with plant-based and animal protein options available.

And yes...

There will be excellent Puerto Rican coffee!

GETTING THERE

Your journey to ALIVE begins with getting yourself to Puerto Rico... we'll take care of the rest.

Airfare to and from Puerto Rico is not included in your retreat investment, allowing you the freedom to choose the flights, airline and travel arrangements that work best for you.

Group transportation between the airport and Casa Grande during designated arrival and departure windows is included. As we get closer to ALIVE, registered guests will receive flight guidance, transportation windows and additional travel details to make arrival and departure as smooth and easy as possible.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to help protect your investment should unexpected circumstances affect your plans.

I'M READY TO FEEL ALIVE

THIS ISN'T ABOUT ESCAPING YOUR LIFE.

It's about remembering how good it feels to be in it.

Bare feet on the Earth.

Coffee on the balcony.

Flowers floating down the river.

Music moving through your body.

Long conversations over dinner.

Nothing on the schedule.

Firelight.

Coquí after dark.

A hammock and nowhere else to be.

The strange, extraordinary sight of water glowing beneath you.

Somewhere between all of it... you may notice something waking up.

Not a new you.

You.

A little more present.

A little more curious.

A little more connected.

A little more awake.

A little more...

ALIVE.
