Winter 2026 Session Details


📅 Dates: Tuesdays & Fridays, January 13 – March 13, 2026 

(Break Week: 02/09 - 02/13)
Time: 7:00–8:00 AM (or on your own time on replay!)

📍 Location: In-person at Vibe (Plainville, CT) or live/on replay via ZOOM
🏋️ Duration: We'll come together for a total of 16 fun, challenging, and rewarding workouts over the 9-week timeframe to get you back on track after the holidays and build momentum for the year ahead.
