Our hybrid format of in-person and online (plus recorded!) workouts make it convenient for everyone, wherever they may be in the world!!!

šŸ“… Dates: Tuesdays & Fridays from 11/19/24 - 12/20/24

ā° Time: 7:00 - 8:00 AM (or on your own time with the link to replay!)

šŸ“ Location: In-person at Vibe, or in-person/on replay via ZOOM

šŸ‹ļø Duration: 5 weeks of fun, challenging, and rewarding workouts!
