ā° Time: 7:00 - 8:00 AM (or on your own time with access to replay!)

šŸ“ Location: In-person at Vibe, or in-person/on replay via ZOOM

šŸ‹ļø Duration: Eight weeks of fun, challenging, and rewarding workouts to fully commit to your health and well-being. Get back on track this fall and join in on all of the fitness fun with us!
