🌙 Saturday Evening: Release & Reset

We begin in sacred circle—arriving with iced herbal tea and intention-filled presence.

You’ll be gently guided through breathwork, somatic movement, and a deeply relaxing guided meditation/shamanic-style inner journey, accompanied by soft sound healing. We'll enjoy a light dinner together, and then, as the sun sets, we’ll gather for a powerful Shamanic Fire Ceremony—a sacred ritual of release and transformation—followed by candlelit reflection and rest.

🌞 Sunday: Ground, Nourish & Integrate

We reconvene at 9:00 AM for detoxifying movement to awaken the body.

Then we head to Norton Park for grounding, energy-clearing practices, and optional Goddess Portrait Sessions with a professional photographer—capturing your essence in nature.

Back at Vibe, you'll enjoy a refreshing summer lunch before entering a deeply immersive 1-hour sound bath journey to anchor the renewal.

We’ll close in sacred circle, affirming your clarity and light with blessing and celebration.
