Let the good vibes flow! We’re all about high-vibrational living, rooted in the belief that true wellness is a harmony of body, mind, energy, and spirit. Our current offerings include in-person, weekly group movement classes such as Frequency Dance (yes—that’s Joy’s signature, soul-lifting dance fitness class, complete with your old faves still in play!), Pilates Fusion, Yoga for EveryBody, and Stretch Therapy. We also host seasonal Functional Fitness Boot Camps to keep you feeling strong and supported through every season.

Beyond movement, we offer a range of in-person and online wellness programs, specialty workshops, group healing sessions, and transformative retreats throughout the year.
