Take your body to a whole new level! This class blends mat Pilates with functional core exercises and a splash of yoga for a pure core conditioning experience. If the idea of a flatter belly and long, lean muscles lights you up, then this is the class for you! By coupling strength and flexibility exercises for the stabilizing muscles of the trunk with focused breathing patterns, you’ll improve your posture, balance, core strength and flexibility, while creating positive body awareness. Leave feeling strong, stretched, open, and relaxed! All levels are encouraged to attend.
